Mixed feelings

Pros: hotel room is spacious and clean (great job Barbara). Location is convenient but if one looks for non-buffet style eating take the car, short drive. Dog walking no problem, small wooded area is close by. Breakfast was good..

Two big cons: One, our hotel room was assigned to another party while we were in the room. Luckily when we had returned from dinner as our Fido obviously went berserk when the door was opened. The elderly couple was obviously shocked as well. Big problem as far as I am concerned. I sorted it out with the front desk and brought the couple the keys to another room after which my own key didn’t work because the front desk had reversed the room occupancy? Another issue was the water pressure of the hand shower was a mere trickle. Very disappointing.

Great potential

Great room, fast elevators, amenities like Starbucks in lobby. Front desk was friendly but not very proactive (didn’t mention park in back of the hotel). Great location, but we walked Fido toward the strip mall where there were no garbage bins. However, the restaurants were dog friendly (outside seating). Parking is provided in the hotel’s parking garage $12/day (access with hotel key).
