Questionable

The staff was friendly but afraid of my service dog. I booked with 2 kids 2 adults. I had to go every evening and ask for extra towels since the cleaning staff would change them out, but I could never get more because the towels were locked up and the counter had no access. There was no ice or hot water. I went to let them know and they asked if I had hot water in the mornings, it was like they shut off the hot water to the rooms. Breakfast is only available on weekends even though the website states free breakfast. Coffee pot microwave and fridge were disgusting and didn't work properly. Besides that it was clean, roomy and quiet.
