Terrible front desk
Quality Inn MidtownLuckily I called before booking because nowhere does it say that they do not allow cats. When I suggested to the person answering the phone that their website should be updated to state that she VERY rudely said I do not have to do that and we don’t have a website, which they do in fact have a website. Horrendous customer service. If I had not called I would have been SOL for a 5 night stay.
