Some problems
AC Hotel by Marriott Boston NorthParking is not free - $12 added daily to hotel charges. Hard to find parking on site - need to park at garage across the street most of the time. Rooms are serviced every two days - they missed our room once I informed the front desk. On the third day, we only got towels, nothing else. Guess if we are not on the schedule, they cannot service the room. There was trash on the back staircase; I reported to the front desk and 3 days day when I left, the trash was still there. Did not receive receipt at check out; they said it will be emailed out. I had to call a week later to get a copy. Staffing not up to Marriot standards.
