Worst Dog Park

Worst dog park. Multiple times to this park. Consistently Owners don't watch their dogs, on their phone, oblivious to what there dog is doing. A lot of dogs are aggressive & the owners can only come to a public park-their dog would not be accepted at a private facility.
The city needs to put a number to call & report dog bites-this is the park where it happens
