BEWARE Not Dog Friendly!!

Found “dog friendly” restaurant; called confirmed that they’re dog friendly; arrived asked hostess if we had to sit outside because we have a dog she said no. We were a party of 10. They setup a trouble for us. My step son approached and confirmed with the manager “Frank” that we could sit inside with the dog; he answered “yes of course we’re dog friendly”. They sat us and we were ordering our drinks and appetizers when the manager comes and tells us we needed to leave because we have a dog. I was dumb founded!! I reiterated all the steps we took to prevent this misshap then he says “oh but I thought he was a service dog”. I was so annoyed. Finally I asked him if we could be accommodated in the outdoor patio. He finally agreed to accommodate us on the patio and walked away. JUST RUDE! I’m thinking someone may have complained but he should just been honest with us.
