Horrible

As new snowbirds, we stayed here last year and it was decent. We thought we found our hotel moving forward, given dogs stay for free. And that's great! But this year, what a change. Sheets were dirty and there was literally no breakfast at 6:35am. Coffee but no milk, tea bag but no hot water, cereal (again no milk), 1 package of muffins and 3 toast slices. That's it. When I got there, 4 other elderly people also arrived complaining about having to beg for pillows. We all left without breakfast! I have stayed at several Red Roofs, but I won't be staying at this one again.

For the price you get a lot. Great value for the money. Spacious rooms, very clean.
