Dog training

A few weeks ago I called to reserve a spot for dog training on April 1st. The trainer told me I could pay the day of training. April 1st, the day of training, I called to make sure I had what I needed – a leash, small treats, records of vaccines etc. I spoke with the same person. She told me that I needed to pay at least 24 hours ahead of time so she could make sure she had the equipment needed that day. Needless to say, they lost me as a customer that day. I bough my dog food, treats, dog toys, and dog grooming from this Petco.
