Cute place. Not the case with the customer service.

Wife had a terrible experience here. We were told a mini groom would be $55. When we picked him up we were told $75. They said He has curly hair. REALLY!?! He looks more WAVY than CURLY if anything. We would have paid the $75 if the communicated that but they didn’t. We do not consider him to be “curly”. If your business considers wavy the same as curly you should state that on your pricing guide. Just like you have it listed as short/flat hair dogs. On your Instagram you have a picture with the pricing. On that picture you have an airedale terrier on it shown. That dog which is pictured in your Instagram is more WAVIER/Curly than Charlie.

How are you going to say one thing only to charge higher later???
