Most awful experience
Ramada by Wyndham Venice Hotel VeneziaWe arrived at this hotel after a 10-1/2 hour drive only to find out that the room wasn’t ready when we checked in at 6pm. The cleaning staff had quit so we were given a coupon for 20% off dinner in their restaurant. Tired and hungry after our long day, we were told to sit outside with our dog. Weather was beautiful so that wasn’t a problem. The problem was the restaurant staff had quit too! One man was running between tending bar and waiting on the only 2 tables with people in the restaurant. Dogs and people were waiting in the lobby and outside. People were angry. Some had been waiting for 4 hours. At this time of night, 9:00 pm by now, our room was still not ready. We had to really scramble to find another place to stay in this popular resort area. We were finally able to find another hotel 5 miles away. This hotel should be closed because of the poor management!

Great location
Home2 Suites by Hilton Chattanooga Hamilton PlaceFriendly and very helpful staff. Our suite was clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast! We would definitely stay there again. Good value!
