Beautiful park, but be careful

This park is beautiful and also clean. My one year old puppy had a great time at the dog area. But then around 3:30pm today a black and white border collie dog named Juicy climbed on top of my dog and started attacking him. When my dog was able to run anyway from under her, he went straight to the fence whining. I’ll give the park another chance but I’m upset with our encounter with an aggressive dog in the dog area and off leash.
