Extra fee annoys

The experience was fine - this Hampton Inn has been renovated recently, the location was nice, the staff competent. BUT I missed the notice that they would charge $75 for a dog. I've been loyal to this brand since my working days - but no more.

Friendly and welcoming

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Aberdeen-Apg

Desk agent made a special effort to get us a convenient room. All staff and other patrons were very friendly. My dog is medium sized and pretty shy, but people were friendly and respected his shyness.
