Things have really changed

We stayed at this hotel two years ago and absolutely loved it. We decided to come back but things have really changed. Front desk lady was very rude when we told her we have dogs with us, she even made a big sigh to let us know that she wants happy because she had to go back in the computer and change things around when we already told the gentleman that we have a dog in each room. There is a $30 pet fee per pet per night … totally not worth it especially with how dirty our rooms were. One room smelled horrible my dad asked the front desk for a mod to see if that would help the smell and the floors were black like they haven’t been cleaned in a long time. My room was dirty as well toilet/bathroom was not probably cleaned floors were dirty. This hotel is in a great location but after this experience in seeing how dirty our rooms were and dealing with rude staff as soon as we got here we probably won’t be back.
