Unprepared

Our check-in was quick and efficient, but they were totally unaware that we were traveling with our pup. When we made the reservation, they indicated that we would be on the first floor which we were not. Our pup was not thrilled to get on the elevator and the stairs were not pointed out to us. The room was in need of updating. The TV was small and the dresser it was sitting did not seem to be the original dresser for the room. It was about half the size of the cubby it was tucked into. The bathtub caulk was cracked and dirty. It seemed we were put in a second rate room because we were traveling with a dog.
