Nice Room, But Major Issues!

The room was very nice, the issue was the amount of ants on the floor, when we woke our poor dog wouldn’t eat due to them being all over her food. In addition the shower soap and shampoo where out. The night staff was extremely nice, the room was nice, great for long stays, however when I let the morning staff aware of the insect issues she offered “oh I’m sorry” and handed me the bill for our pet fee. I was very unhappy with the level of customer service from her and would honestly not recommend the location until the insect issue is taken care of!
