Delicious and fresh
Firehouse SubsWe brought our dog here and sat outside. The food was delicious and the guy who brought us our food, even brought our dog water.
No server for outside tables
The DinerWe have been traveling for 5 days now with our dog and this app. Very crowded parking lot so food must be good, but if you're a dog owner you won't get to find out , unless you leave your dog in the car or hotel (both are unacceptable to us). When my husband went in to tell them we were outside, she said they didn't have a server for outside. So we wasted our time going there.
Awesome stay
Best Western Plus WaynesboroAfter not knowing what we were getting into when we entered skyline drive with a speed limit of 35 mph and loopy bendy curves for 105 miles, my husband, dog and I were exhausted. We were so glad to find best Western plus, it was like a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow. Clean, comfortable, awesome breakfast, room was big, plenty of parking. Dog area was big, clean and had a nice place to sit so we could play with our dog, so she could get some needed exercise. We even decided to stay an extra night to re-group. The staff were very nice, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
Very welcoming!
Pike Restaurant & LoungeThis is the first place we went with our dog when we were on vacation, she's only 7 months old so we were unsure what to expect from our labradoodle puppy or the restaraunt. The very large covered porch was very comfortable. The waitress was very accommodating. We had brought our dog water and her own bowl, but as soon as our waitress seen the bottle of water empty, she asked if she could refill it. We were looking to order a simple , plain burger for our dog, and she suggested the much cheaper kids menu, which was perfect. The food was delicious. The experience there for our first doggie friendly outing , has raised the bar quite high! Both my husband and I highly recommend.
