Krazy Uncaring

The only thing Krazy about this place is the amount of time you will wait and how little the manager will care about you. We were ready for a busy tourist restaurant, and it is. But that notion did not prepare us for perhaps the poorest performance by a restaurant that I have ever experienced. After waiting for nearly two hours, we were seated. Three tables seated after us ordered, ate, paid and left. It took another hour to get our food. The staff was cordial, but helpless. No food came out of the kitchen for 30 minutes even though the tables were mostly empty. The manager would not speak to us. Just sent a message that food was coming. I asked for the manager's name and all I was told was that his name was "Mark". He still would not speak to us. The owner's name is Mark. Wonder if it's the same guy. Wish I could leave zero stars.
