Appreciated the effort

Had called previously to request for a chemical free room due to allergies and nobody had noted the call. The staff went out of their way to find an ionizer and when they could not, they provided us with extra blankets because it was cold. They also provided us with free breakfast. Although they didn’t meet my request, they made an effort to make up for it. Comfortable bed otherwise, good breakfast, and my dog was treated well and was comfortable.
