Smuggler's LandingFriendly and welcoming. My dog was welcomed by the owner himself and given a big bowel of water. Great food as well!

Great experience
Quality Inn Downtown Inner HarbourThe staff were so welcoming and dog friendly. Everything was clean and location very practical; an easy walk to the ferry and downtown. When we arrived, they gave us a bag for my dog containing a milk bone, a doggy bag and a map of all the off leash dog parks in Victoria. You can leave your pet unattended in the hotel room for up to 2 hours while dining, etc. There is a cozy restaurant in the same building where you can eat breakfast and if you are a guest at the hotel you get 25% off the restaurant prices. Great memories!
