Grinder House is Perfectly Brewed

We stopped at Grinder House after a hike at Cumberland Mtn State Park.
Where to begin?!
The atmosphere is warm & inviting, you feel like you stepped into a Friends episode.
The staff is friendly & courteous.
The food... oh my, the food is AMAZING.
We had the Buddha Bowl; Base of seasoned tri-colored cauliflower layered with kale, rainbow carrots, chick peas, onion, feta cheese, sun-dried & romas tomatoes... all topped with a fan of avocado.
And Keto Power Bowl; Cauliflower rice topped with seasoned grilled chicken, tomatoes, fresh avocado slices. Served with queso.

One word: YUM

Good food. Need liquor license

Stopped by for lunch. Weather was perfect, sat outside with our Black Lab.
Staff was friendly.
Chicken quesadilla app & catfish sandwich was very good.
The quesadilla was filled with chicken & cheese.
The catfish (ordered blackened) was moist, good portion, and very flavorful.
Will definitly be back.

Great atmosphere & Great food

We opted not to bring our fuzzy butt; the outdoor seating was in the shade, making it to cold to enjoy a meal outside.
But, they welcome dogs, in fact they raise awareness for dogs & their wellbeing.

But the restaurant welcomed dogs and even does events for dogs.

The restaurant is warm & welcoming and the staff is friendly.

The good was great!
I had the fried shrimp tacos with homemade coleslaw. Wonderful mix of flavors.
