I arrived at my destination and was told BringFido should have called to cancel my reservation because the hotel was overbooked. They did no, and after driving 500 miles, with a dog, I had no room. Fortunately, the hotel manager sent me to a sister hotel that fortunately had a room. BringFido - need to know about this kind of thing!!!!!!!
