Not So Great Customer Service

PetsHotel Orland Hills

If I could give a half star review I would except it is not available. For the employee that was working in the PetsHotel area today....Paige employee#395436(according to my receipt). Paige is not happy with her employment at Petsmart. It shows through her demeanor towards the customers that she interacts with. Paige is rude and not welled trained in customer service. My pets stayed in the hotel for a few days. Fast forward past me checking out and Paige goes to get my pets. Paige brings them out put them on the floor(inside pet carriers) and just walks away without a word. Not your pets had a great or bad experience, they did or didn't eat, they got sick NOTHING..not even Thank you, bye (There's that horrible demeanor again). I asked to speak with a manger at that point Paige decided to give me a little information about my pets stay. Amanda the PetsHotel leader came out and said she will address it...
As I was leaving out another customer there who heard the entire exchange stopped me and said he knew immediately who I was talking about(Paige) he said she always have a IDGAF attitude! If Paige is this rude to customers that are leaving their pets there, I wonder how she treats the animals that have no voice when their owners are not there. My first and very last time bringing my pets to this petshotel. Petsmart Paige employee#395436 is representing you and its not that great!
