Great location but needs some improvements
Nativo LodgeStaff was very helpful. Beautiful hotel, needs some TLC. My room was comfortable but the AC unit made very loud noises at night that kept me up. Hotel offered to send maintenance over but it was about 10:30pm but I was so tired. I accepted at first but then declined, put my headphones in and slept with them in. I did enjoy the decor, staff, the bar, and the hot tub. It was a very busy night for the hotel as well.
