DO NOT STAY HERE.
We came with a group and had 3 rooms reserved; the first group notified us after about 30 minutes of us checking in that there were bugs crawling in between the sheets on the beds...we checked the other two rooms and were HORRIFIED when we lifted the mattress protectors up. There was blood, TONS of filth, bugs both alive and dead and very tell tale signs of bed bugs. We quickly rounded up the stuff we had with us and went for a refund. We had paid cash for our rooms and they said they were able to give us the $100 security deposit back but we would have to return the next day for the remainder of our money because it had already been placed in the safe. Fine. Long story short—we returned at 11am the next day and ended up having to call the police. We were given $100 and some change back...and told the remaining $250-ish was not being refunded because we had been in one of the rooms for ‘4-hours’ (this was untrue considering we had new hotel rooms booked elsewhere within 1 hour of checking in here. We have already contacted corporate, BBB and are also alerting the Health Department. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSEL—DO NOT STAY HERE.
