False Advertising

Booked over phone said my grand total was 89$ (that was room cost the pet fee and taxes) get to office to pick up keys the office charged me an additional 15 said that it’s the call service has their own fee and motel has their own so really I paid 30 bucks to have my dog stay with me when I could’ve got a nice hotel for same cost
