Poor customer service with no reply

Reservations were made at this location by mistake. I had a weak internet signal and realized after receiving the confirmation email that this was the wrong location. I tried to call multiple times with no option to speak with someone. I tried to leave a message but the inbox was full, I sent an email 7 days ago with no reply. No option exist to resolve the issue.
I would recommend finding another company.
