Chevy's don't accept dogs

We went to eat at Chevy's. The patio was empty and our 4lb dog was sleeping. The waitress came and told us that dogs are not allowed in the mall premises. So basically we were kicked out. I've been going to Chevy's for 14 years. I guess that was the last time.
