Not in a great location

The area around the hotel wasn't too great. When I walked in to the front desk area I smelled smoke right away and I asked about it! The front desk said there were 3 rooms on the 2nd floor with smoker's but we were on the 1st floor at the end and it shouldn't bother us. Our room smelled fine and the people there were very nice but the door to our room was very thin and didn't make us feel very secure. The room was clean but not for us. We cancelled our room for our return trip.
