Loud, dirty, and small rooms

Traveled with my dog and baby, thought we’d give it a try. It’s was cheap and right off I-64. Booked the room off the app(super easy) and arrived late at night (11:15pm). The front desk people were nice and gave us a room on the second floor. I had a bunch of stuff to bring up because of my baby. First, the floor was very dirty, like outside porch dirty. Second, weird people hanging around and very loud. Third, the room was very small (10x15ish). Fourth, the power outlets near both sides of the bed didn’t work. I have sleep apnea and use a cpap. Finally, the neighbors were extremely loud and seemed like they were on drugs. I have stayed at a lot of motels and this is by far the worst. I would book somewhere else, never again. Zero bones!
