Nonresponsive, Poor Management, & Will Take Your Money w/Nothing in Return

Therapy Pets Unlimited (TPU) is such a farce. We submitted our paperwork back in December 2019, provided all information required, training, and paid fees. Tina Chase, Executive Director made every excuse not to engage with our application, took our money, and since COVID, made every account inactive. To this day, I have not received any email, a refund, or anything from TPU that was promised. Highly recommend any other organization other than this poor managed organization.
