Poor Service

Super 8 by Wyndham Hot Springs

The guy at the front desk didnt pay attention to our reservation. We booked a pet friendly room and he became upset when we walked in with our Boston Terrier. He stated we never told him we had a pet. He made us switch rooms to a room that was exactly the same even though we got in past midnight and were only going to be in the room for 6 hours to sleep. The front desk guy also eyeballed us as he sat in the front lobby visually inspecting everything we brought into our room. He also had told us we had to use the front entrance to bring our stuff in even though the side door was a lot closer to our room. During their continental breakfast he did the same thing. I'm assuming because they have signs posted advising people they cant bring food to their rooms.
