Don’t waste time with advanced reservation

The rooms we paid for and reserved in advance were not available when we arrived. One of the individuals is handicapped and had to climb 17 stairs even though we called and were assured both rooms would be on ground floor . Yogurt wA ok for breakfast, rooms not that clean.
