Not what it was once was.

We have been customers for around 10 years now and it saddens me to say that the quality of care has declined substantially. Over the past few years we have had our dogs fed food that is not their own causing bowel issues, we’ve picked them up and for the next few days they are very skittish and recently we had our smallest dogs collar stolen and the remainder of her food thrown away as stated by the front office girl. When I spoke to Jaycee the owner we were blamed for leaving a good collar on our dog as they aren’t responsible for any items left with the dog. Wow!
I’m not sure why the decrease in quality, it feels like the business isn’t really of interest anymore. When we initially started going the staff were caring, our dogs really liked going and it was an all around good experience; lately not so much at all. It saddens me to say we won’t be using this facility any longer, a run of the mill kennel in my opinion isn’t what we want for our dogs.
