Nice hotel

Had a pet station with bags, but we always have our own. They’re remodeling the hotel which will be very nice when done. We would stay again.

Great hotel

Our room was at the end by the outside door so it was convenient when taking the dogs out. Breakfast bar was good. Employees were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again. 🐾🐾

Dated hotel

Our room was reasonably clean, but the hotel is outdated and had limited amenities. The breakfast bar looked good. Limited dog area. Had to have someone check the tv and still couldn’t get Fox News. Ok stay for one nite 🐾🐾

Very nice hotel

The desk clerk, Mary, was very nice and sweet. It took about an hour to check in because they had the original booking, not the changed one. All in all, it worked out and we would stay there again ❤️❤️🐾🐾

Nice hotel with exceptions

We were on 2nd floor with 2 dogs and no elevator. There was no hot breakfast. I’m always amazed at the dirtiness of the grounds at hotels.

Well managed hotel

Clean room. I didn’t know they didn’t have an elevator and we were on 2nd floor. Also, hotels need to upgrade the toilets. I felt like I was sitting in the floor. Would probably stay again.

Not inviting

The room was so-so, coffee maker didn’t work properly and they didn’t have another one. The parking lot and grass area was littered with cigarette butts. And a lot of dog poop that wasn’t picked up. The air unit didn’t work properly. This hotel needs a complete remodeling.

So-so hotel

Hotel was so-so. The check-in gal was nice. They put us on the third floor. We have two dogs. The only ice machine working was on the main floor. The tray to hold the ice bucket was missing and there was a lot of milky looking liquid in the bottom. Probably hadn’t been emptied for a long time. We were in an adjoining room and they were very noisy and we didn’t get much sleep. I’d research other hotels before I stayed there again.

Best Western Downtown Stuart FL

Nice hotel. Different areas where we could walk our dogs. I’ve never met a ‘canine concierge’ at any pet- friendly hotel we stayed in. We would stay at this hotel again.

Nice hotel

The hotel was nice and good service. The one thing that needs improvement is the operation of the shower. A sticker was in the shower that told you how to get the water to the shower head. It was small print and you had to climb in the shower to read it. Also, it’s time for a new shower mat. But we did enjoy our stay. 😎🐾🐾

Very nice hotel

Overall we enjoyed our one nite stay. When I put ice packs in the freezer, the fridge was turned off and the freezer tray was full of water - which I emptied. Then this morning, 07/03/2020, we found out the coffee maker did not work. But our stay was good.

Nice hotel

Our room was nice. Vacuuming was not thorough throughout the room. The table tops were not thoroughly cleaned. The grounds needed a lot of attention. The desk staff were friendly. The hotel needs some updating and housekeeping/maintenance oversight. We would consider staying again.

Wouldn’t recommend this hotel

The counter person was not very friendly. Our room smelled of stale cigarette smoke and we had a queen bed. We reserved a king. No TV remote and when I called he said he would bring one down. After a reasonable wait my husband went to get it and he was outside talking on his phone. He asked the guy about the room not being a king and he said that was what was ordered - which is not true. Only one hand towel and one washcloth for 2 people. The washcloth was stained as well as the bath towel. Would not stay there again. Only 1/2 bone.
