Mixed feelings

Pros: comfy beds, nice staff, pet friendly, low price and near petrified Forest. Cons- this area of town felt sketchy. Bathtub seemed like it could use a good scrubbing.

Great spot!

Monterey Peninsula Inn

Great location, comfy bed, very nice person at the desk. Great for pets. Only down side was the heater makes loud, scary noise when it kicks in. However, once you get used to it is ok. Great little spot.
