Great place for my fur baby
La Quinta by Wyndham Macon WestGreat experience, from check in to check out. All the staff were so friendly, and the dog walk area was well kept and well supplied. Breakfast was great, too.

Great room and great grounds
Comfort Inn & Suites Sarasota I75We reserved a suite, as we wanted a little extra room for our doggie to roam around after traveling in a car all day. The room was beautiful and clean, and, best of all, quiet. The grounds around the facility were also well kept - very little trash and plenty of “doggie bags”. There was also a lot of room surrounding the hotel to walk our little guy. Breakfast was also great. I would definitely stay there again.

Not so great
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Ft Myers-Sanibel GatewayThe room was not bad, but the surrounding area is not great. Those of us that have fur babies know that when you walk your baby, you have to ensure that the area is not “iffy”. As I walked my little guy around, I saw so much trash in the foliage, and in front of it, I was concerned about letting him get too close to the shrubbery. I was really concerned. Like I said, the place was nice, but there really needs to be a groundskeeping crew that will make sure the area is clean.

Great room, but noisy neighbors
La Quinta by Wyndham MaconOur doggie is not used to traveling and staying away from home - this was his first time. The stay was fine until about 9 pm when a couple of doggies checked into the next room. Because there was an adjoining door, they could really hear and smell each other. And they were all trying to be the top dog. I was finally able to put a towel under the adjoining door, and that helped. And, because we had the suite, we then closed the bedroom door. Eventually, all the doggies calmed down, but it was just a bad couple of hours for all of us.
