great location!
Residence Inn by Marriott ColumbusThe hotel was very conveniently located, several restaurants just across the street. We were placed on the second floor, but right next to the stairs. There are no king size beds in the entire hotel even though that is what I had a reservation for. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful.

great location
Quality Inn & Suites DawsonvilleThe hotel is old and faded. Plenty of grass to walk the dog. Evening clerk snapped at me to take my "pitbull" out the backdoor. My dog is a lab/shepherd mix, obviously not a pit bull. However, a male guest standing at the desk admonished and corrected her, she did apologize but it was unexpected and rude. Everyone else was warm and welcoming to us.
