Great service. Great clean room
Best Western Flagship InnFront desk lady was very friendly. Room was new. Pet friendly! Good beds.

Cool hotel for last minute stay
The Old No. 77 Hotel & ChandleryI booked this hotel on my way to NOLA. When we arrived at midnight then desk clerk was very rude. I asked her for a dog bowl which is advertised that they would supply. She rolled her eyes at me then stomped off to back room to get me one. She did not offer me any of the other things listed on the website. They she gave us incorrect directions to our room 481. We came back down as there was not room 481. She rudely said “who told you to get on that elevator? You have to go down the hall and around the corner to that back elevator”. After we found our room we had not issues. Room was great. That is why I gave it a 4 bones.
