Great peace of mind
Sonesta ES Suites Anaheim Resort AreaHotel and room were clean and pretty quiet. Places for doggies to do their business. Breakfast /pool were nice. Only critique was that couch and carpet had seen better days. Need to be replaced, having nothing to do with dogs. Would recommend it and would definitely stay there again. Hotel was close enough to Disneyland so we could come back and check on the doggies every 4 hours and they were all good. Was also great for us to rest from waiting in line in the sun at Disneyland.
A few minor setbacks
Holiday Inn & Suites Santa Maria an IHG HotelHotel was an ok place to stay with the doggies for the price. Plenty of places for them to do their business. A little noisy at times especially in the middle of the night. But breakfast was decent if you get it included. Bar was fine. Pool was nice. There were some questionable guests and activity, but then again that happens at any hotel and we were in the middle of Santa Maria. Air conditioning was not 100% strong. Camron at the front desk was so nice and accommodating.
Great getaway with the fur guys
La Quinta by Wyndham San Luis ObispoSuch a cute hotel. Nice cool but smaller rooms, but who stays in their rooms all day when there's a beautiful town to explore. Breakfast buffet was wonderful for being included. Restaurant next door was delicious and great ambience but overpriced. Only area outside to have the dogs relieve themselves was the rocks in front of the hotel, but you can go for a little walk to find grass. Would definitely stay there again - was so peaceful and beautiful. Only negative thing was the pool they advertise on the roof is a tiny one that you can just stand up in but it is a nice place just to soak in a cool setting.
