Recent 4 day stay

Hired staff friendly and great with my dogs. Owner was of poor character and business practice when it came to bill signed agreement and suggesting we not bring back our elderly dog due to her stress level but made us pay for her whole stay. Asked for day care charges us for boarding even though we specifically had a conversation with staff member in November and owner states it wasn’t in email so no it didn’t happen. threatened to post all our contacts info with them on social media payed 500$ for 1 dog for 4 days day care and 1 other dog 1 day !! Get everything in email and writing and video if you go
