hotel is smelly/dirty

hotel is pretty gross. stayed here because there was very few pet friendly hotels in the area and the nicer one was booked. booked 2 room one pet and one not. first rooms smelled terrible, one stunk like cigarettes and the other of some sort of chemicals. They had left the windows open with no screens while it was raining so every thing in the room was damp. we were moved to new rooms they didn't smell as bad but still didn't feel clean. slept on top of the blankets. will never stay here again. also description of hotel says is newly renovated, it deffinetly is NOT.
