Your dog will thank you!

Exceptional products + customer service. The owner, Trish, is kind, compassionate and super friendly. They have the cutest (handmade in store) bandanas, leashes, harnesses, bowties etc. My dog exclusively wears his Trish Hampton bow ties and walks around town like the little gentleman he is. Clean location, nice sized dog relief area

Super nice staff! Very clean with a large dog relief area in front. Well lit with plenty of security cameras. The only negative was we reserved a king bed and were given a room with 2 queen beds. Hotel was sold out so there wasn’t an option to change. This was perfect for what we and our sweet pup Ernie needed to break up a long road trip. Will return again next week on the way back!

AWFUL. I should have slept in my car.

Our first room was filthy with unmade beds and rice all over the kitchen. The second room had stained rugs, peeling paint and a fridge off the hinges. There were no plates, cups etc in the kitchen and no blow dryer in the bathroom (but there was the holder).

The manager did upgrade us to a suite. And though nicer - the kitchen was empty of supplies. The floors under the bed were FILTHY. And the kitchen counters were stained and burned.

Screaming people in the hallway and parking lot in the middle of the night along with fireworks being let off in the parking lot at 2 am.

No one is ever at the front desk but staff can be found in front smoking at any given time.

I paid 99 dollars to basically stay in a dump. The only plus was my dog could stay with us (and even he was grossed out). And one lady at the front recognized our issues and did upgrade us. Other than that - this place needs an entire makeover.

In a pandemic - you would think there would be A+++ provisions in place. No one wore masks (staff and patrons) and I felt incredibly uncomfortable and uneasy. I will NEVER return nor recommend.
