No Masks

The room was clean and relatively new, but none of the front desk staff (or guests) were wearing masks. We were placed in a 2nd floor room next to a stairwell. I was asked to sign a paper with many expectations for my dogs, but was disappointed that the staff and guests were not held to the same level of safety and respect for others.
