Dangerous

this “off-leash” area is beside a VERY busy road (142 St) and it does not have a fence. It is too dangerous, even for well trained dogs. (Rabbits and squirrels are also numerous. My dogs respond to voice commands, but the natural instinct to chase a rabbit proved too much for them! Luckily traffic was light when it happened!)
