Nice and Clean
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Mt Laurel - PhiladelphiaThis hotel was nice and clean, great for our dog, not as much for the people. No grab and go breakfast (they ran out very early) and no coffee or tea in lobby.

Dirty and run down
Motel 6 Tewksbury MA - BostonWe had to change rooms because the A/C was broken and neither the phone nor the television worked. The good thing is that there is an IHOP in the parking lot since they don't even have a coffee or tea service.
