Pretty rundown and overcharged

Basically this place is very rundown and shoddy looking. Peeling paint everywhere, old outdated decor and pretty filthy. Felt like I should be wearing a hazmat suit to sleep in the bed. The man next door just let his dog out the door to go to the bathroom, no leash, no picking up after it. Then he stood in the doorway screaming at the dog to come back inside. This place reminded me of The Bates Motel in Psycho. The nightly rate is exorbitant for what you get. Steer clear of this place. Overpriced, filthy, very old, not maintained at all and smells moldy.
