Rude and dumpy

The person I checked in with (Dana) was extremely rude. Informed me that they're not doing the free breakfast and they don't do room cleaning. Wasn't about what was said but how it was said! This was a 14 day stay stay and we was told we had to clean, vacuum, re towel and change bedding but couldn't get a discount for our having to service our room!
In addition, when I called to get clean bedd9ng, I was told we have to wait till after 4pm because the empty rooms come first...lol!
The maintenance man and the housekeeping staff were VERY nice and not only provided us with clean towels, trash bags, etc. immediately upon request.
Housekeeping told me that they will change bedding and clean room if I call in the night before, before 9pm. Seems like the person I checked in with (Dana) should have said that instead of saying no one will claim the room.
While the room was clean it was VERY, VERY small, for one much less 3 people. There were other people who seemed to live there and we experienced, loud music, fights, drunken brawls, etc. It was horrible but was unable to get a refund when the accommodations were less than a basic motel. This was supposed to be a hotel. Ot was extremely run down and needed a lot of work.
