decent location

There is a $20 charge per night per dog, which isn't a big deal. I'm not sure about all dog-friendly rooms, but ours was on the 3rd floor, which is less than ideal. There was a small grassy area next to the hotel. That was the perfect size for my little chihuahua, but I can see how it would be an issue for a bigger dog. If a waterfront hotel isn't necessary, the location isn't bad because it's minutes away from the canal area and downtown. We would probably stay there again.
