Worst restaurant experience ever (less than one bone)

Quoted 15 min max wait time. We waited 1.5 hours in the rain as tables kept clearing and being sat by ‘reservations’ from inside. That’s the only reason we waited because we kept thinking we’d be be next. No one acknowledged our dog. Our drinks never came out once we were finally at a table. Food was subpar for price. We waited so long for a table outside that it was too late to try a different restaurant inside. We were only in Ithaca for one night so the fact that they promised a 10 -15 min wait and it was in fact 1.5 hours really ruined our night in Ithaca. Waitress and manager never acknowledged our wait or the lack of service or hospitality. I will never go there again or bring our precious dog. I will make it my mission to tell everyone who ever mentions Ithaca to never go to this restaurant. Terrible terrible service. A disgrace to Marriott really.
