Cheap remodeling
Red Roof Inn Forrest CityReviews are always mixed. A 2nd location for me in Arkansas. This one wasn't much better. First room had dirty sheets & very bad paint, flooring, & resurfacing of tub/shower. I believe they should seriously seek more qualified contractors. Asked for another room & at least had clean sheets but they were old & worn down & one blanket had what looks like a cigarette burn. Supposed to be non-smoking. Like they care? Top it off with what looks like water damage on ceiling & over bath. Again; cheap labor to just make it "look" nice. Not fixing underlying problems. I'm disappointed again with Red Roof Inn. I doubt I'll ever book with them again.

Red Roof Inn & Suites Little RockRoom 208. Some mixed reviews about it. I suspected most problems were before rennovation? Not true to this room. Floor is sagging from bath to bed area. This is a sign of structural damage! Carpet is filthy. Musty smell in room. Likely from never being thoroughly or properly cleaned. Was supposed to be a npn smoking room. Can tell it isn't. This building is independently owned. I would not recommend staying here. Very dissapointed. Even tried to lay inbed for a few hrs. Then leave early. Floor dip was so bad I had felt like I was going to roll off the side. Could not relax. Decided to leave immediately. Anyone else experienced this should report to city building inspectors or whoever investigates structural safety & compliance.
